Considering the project submitted for examination
on 11 April 2001,
Considering the opinions collected
by public consultation from 12 April to 15 June 2001,
Recommends :
Implementation of the Internet schools charter appended to this recommendation.
The creation, by administrative order, of the committee as provided for in article 4.2, and protection of the quality label it issues.
Allocation to the ministry responsible for education and to the group of telecommunication schools (GET) of the multi-year budget resources necessary for running the network of Internet schools and examining the dossiers submitted to this committee by them.
