This study on Research & Development in Information Science
and Technology in large industrialised countries (Canada, South
Korea, the United States, Japan, the European Union, including
Germany, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the United
Kingdom, Sweden) has been presented to the CSTI, during the plenary
working meeting on 9 October 2003, in order to shed light on its
thoughts for its recommendations.
This study do not reflect CSTI's opinion or that of any of members
of the Board created on 22 march 2004.
